2.1 Appointment Bookings:

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No-shows will be charged.
2.3 Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, depending on the schedule, the duration of the service may be reduced, and full payment will still be required.
